The Public Profile receiving one message will have access to the identity and the information included in the Contactor profile who has contacted him. However, under no circumstances these information will be transferred to third parties, unless:
- Such disclosure is authorized by law.
- The assignment is due to the free and legitimate acceptance of a legal relationship that necessarily entails the communication of the data for its life, fulfilment and monitoring: such as banking institutions for the products and services invoicing, or courier companies for the shipments of the requested products.
